As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. There is a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 2.25V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.25V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V for operation.
