For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. There is a switching frequency of 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.25V.
