A DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.5MHz 600kHz~4MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.25V as an input voltage. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V.
