As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA Switch output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 4.4V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible.
