For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 800mA output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
