LTC3612HUDC#PBF Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -55°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 300kHz~4MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.25V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V for operation. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the LTC3612 family.
