LTC3612MPUDC#PBF Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -55°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 300kHz~4MHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.25V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V for operation. As a member of the LTC3612 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
