Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 14 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V.
