LTC3622HDE-23/5#PBF Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V 5V. DC DC switching regulator's 1A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 17V. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LTC3622.
