LTC3803ES6-3#TRMPBF Overview


With its SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 5.7V~8V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 6 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 8V.
