Capsuled in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4V~8.1V. Suitable for work in a -55°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable.
