It comes in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4V~60V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~150°C TJ. It can switch at 200kHz~600kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
