Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 3V~8V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
