LTC3853IUJ#TRPBF Overview


With a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 3 outputs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. With this switching controller, you can switch at 250kHz~750kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD.
