It comes in a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~38V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 250kHz~770kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking.
