LTC3859AIFE Overview


Capsuled in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 3. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.5V~38V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 115kHz~835kHz 350kHz~535kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
