It comes in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure.
