LTC4006EGN-2#TR Overview


For package SSOP, it is appropriate. Total pins are 16. Tape and Reel cases are used for packaging. There should be a minimum supply voltage of 6V volts for this part. A voltage of 28V volts is recommended for this chip. You cannot activate this device if it is less than -40°C. At temperatures below 85°C, it is recommended that it be used. Its output voltage amounts to 12.6V. It is available to power the chip input voltage under 28V. There is 6V problem operating the device below 6V voltage.
