LTC4413EDD#PBF Overview


A 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. It is suited to pack the part in Tube case. In this case, the part is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount. There is a voltage of 2.5V~5.5V applied to it. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C for this component. It is suitable for the component connected in Handheld/Mobile Devices. It is classified as a Source Selector Switch device by the manufacturer. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as P-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. The part is available with 10 terminations as an option. Pins are attached to it using 10 pins. LTC4413 is the base of this part. Powered by 3.6V, it delivers high performance. A maximum reflow temperature of this part is used if 260 is to be run. There is a requirement that the supply current be run for the part at 25μA in order to complete the operation. In this case, the part belongs to the Power Management Circuits family. Voltage supply (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 2.5V. In order to reach the maximum supply voltage, Vsup should reach 5.5V as quickly as possible. The voltage at 3/5V can be delivered by it. Whenever the output current is less than 2.6A, the chip can operate.
