A 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. Op amps are General Purpose types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. The number of terminations is approaching the 24 mark. A total of 24 pins are attached to buffer op amp.
