It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tray package. This harley voltage regulator has 77 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 77-BBGA Module package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating.
