LTR-546AB Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 150mW from the photodiodes. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function correctly with a reverse voltage of 30V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 30nA current even if no light is provided.
