In the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~50V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. There is a switch at 50kHz~500kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. A duty cycle set at 92 % ensures voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-on and power-off.
