Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 370kHz.
