M20001G-14 Overview


Due to its 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 16 terminations. When a voltage supply of 3.3V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. Circuits based on SPDT switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 15.5Ohm. This analogue multiplexer requires a voltage of 2.97V~3.63V when it drains from a single voltage supply.
