A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tube. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) functions for your reference. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 4.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 16 pins in it. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees.
