MAX16000BTC+ Overview


As you can see, this power management is mounted through 12 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V.
