MAX16004BTP+ Overview


As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 20 in total. A Tube package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 6 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 6 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 20. 20 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 50μA for the power management.
