This voltage supervisor has a total of 24 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 8 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 8 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 24 pins are located on this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supervisors are also additional features, such as [0] for example, which are worth mentioning.
