MAX16009TG+T Overview


There are 24 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 4 channels. There are 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 4 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 24. 24 pins are on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 45μA. You can always use MAX16009, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. There is a requirement for 2.5/5V power to power this power management.
