Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 14V. IC management conducts in a 2-voltage supply. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. The total number of pins on this power management is 8. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 5.5V for this IC power. There should be no more than 72V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
