MAX16020LTES+ Overview


There are 16 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. To assist you, this PMIC includes 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 1.62V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power management has 16 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 0V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. It is always advisable to use MAX16020, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
