MAX16021LTES+ Overview


There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 225 for the package during reflow. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. Pin count of the power management is 16. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 0V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts.
