MAX16021LTEZ+ Overview


A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tube. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 225. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
