There are 48 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
