There are 56 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the System Manager line. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 225. A supply voltage of 12 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
