Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Power managment ic pin count is 4. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
