optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 350kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -1.5V.
