This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. 125kHz 250kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator.
