In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 3 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3.5V~42V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1MHz~2.2MHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator.
