Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 6kHz~21kHz. Input voltage 1.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin 2Vin. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 60mA. A voltage of -5.5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 1.25V volts is required to ensure reliable performance.
