For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type IC. The space-saving SOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 120kHz~400kHz. Regulator 1.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.6V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 60mA output current. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
