MAX16998AAUA+T Overview

This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Watchdog Circuit products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 225 is specified for the package. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. 8 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 5V for this IC power. This IC power should be powered by no more than 40V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
