A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 6-WDFN package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.5MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.8V. The output current of 225mA Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility.
