For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.5V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 600mA. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible.
