MAX1817EUB+ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 2.5V. In general, the DC DC switching regulator's maximal operating temperature should be less than or equal to 85°C. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C. As the name suggests, this regulator operates at the maximum switching frequency of 500kHz. Depending on the configuration of the switching voltage regulators, the output current can be as high as 1.05A A. A unique technique permits the DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 5.5V. Input voltages as low as 1.5V can be applied to this switching regulator.
