optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 28 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Programmable) output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 400kHz~1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.6V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V 1.8V 2.5V. DC DC switching regulator's 6A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
