MAX1947ETA25+T Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result of the 214mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. There is a maximum input voltage of 3.6V for this voltage regulator 12v. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 1.5V.
