MAX1951AESA+ Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 3.3V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
