MAX1973EUB+ Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.4MHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.75V 1.8V 2.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V. MAX1973 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry.
